If you could do anything, what would you do?
Back in my pre-retirement days, I said I would love to be a
travelling cookbook writer or food critic. I love to read, write, cook and
travel. Lately, we have been on the road more than we have been home. I have a lot of opinions. And I
like to take pictures of food.
I have been retired for over a year and I asked myself “why
aren’t you doing just that?”
So…this is that.
